Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Return Policy

The product is damaged or You received the wrong product.

To process the return:

360-degree unboxing video: You must record a 360-degree unboxing video while opening the package. This video will serve as proof of damage or receiving the wrong product.

Submit within 24 hours: Share the video with us on WhatsApp at +91 9558482910 within 24 hours of delivery.

Note: No returns will be accepted for reasons other than damage or incorrect product delivery.

Products should remain unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

Original packaging and tags must be intact.

Sarees with fall and edging, as well as customized products, are non-returnable.

Products bought during clearance sales are non-refundable.
